Venture Bound was founded out of firsthand experience with a recurring problem: organizations were surrounded by data, yet still making critical decisions without clarity. Spreadsheets were fragile, processes were manual, and reporting consumed time without producing insight. The gap wasn’t a lack of data—it was the lack of systems built to actually support how businesses operate.

Seeing this repeatedly across consulting, restructuring, and growth engagements, Venture Bound was created to close that gap. We focus on building practical, durable analytics infrastructure—models, workflows, and tools that simplify complexity, reduce friction, and make data usable by the people who rely on it every day.

Jonathan Scouler
Founder
Jonathan, the founder of Venture Bound LLC, is driven by a passion for solving complex problems and optimizing processes. Educated at the Ivey School of Business at Western University and the VANTAGE program at Minnetonka Public High School, Jonathan honed his analytical skills. His discipline and resilience, developed through years of competitive swimming and entrepreneurial ventures, have shaped his approach to problem-solving. Jonathan has a unique talent for combining deep analysis with clear, impactful visualizations, making complex data accessible and actionable for his clients.
At Venture Bound, Jonathan leverages his diverse skill set to provide innovative, data-driven solutions that help businesses streamline operations, make informed decisions, and drive sustainable growth. His relentless drive to create practical, tailored solutions for clients is at the heart of Venture Bound's mission.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Jonathan enjoys exploring the great outdoors, with a goal to visit all 63 US National Parks, a testament to his adventurous spirit and love for nature.
David Scouler

David is a seasoned executive and trusted advisor with a deep-rooted passion for helping organizations and leaders navigate complexity and change. As Senior Strategic Advisor at Venture Bound, he brings decades of experience to guide clients and partners through critical inflection points, offering perspective shaped by more than 45 years in consulting across organizational design, corporate restructuring, and strategic transformation.
